The Wappingers Falls Police Department has created a Quality of Life Unit to address neighborhood concerns. Each neighborhood in the village has an officer who will work with residents to find solutions to quality of life problems. The role of the neighborhood officer shifts from traditional incident driven law enforcement to facilitator and problem solver. |
